Q: Do I need to create an account to get my license key?
No, an account is completely optional. Your email is only required at checkout to have your license key sent to it as the key is only generated and sent after payment is confirmed.

Q: Why do you need my billing address if it’s free?
Tax regulations in the UK require me to record billing details for all orders, including free ones.

Q: What if I lose my license key?
If you created an account during checkout, you can log in and retrieve your license key anytime. If not, just contact me and I’ll resend it.

Q: Is my email used for marketing?
No, your email is only used for delivering your license key and order receipt. You will never receive marketing emails without your consent.
